I started out great in 2010 and things where looking good but about 3 years ago life got complicated. As I am an emotional eater I turned to food. I have since put on 60 pounds. It’s time for me to take my life back and that’s what 2019 is about. Only this time it’s a permanent lifestyle change not just about weight loss.

I hate cardio and find it boring. Yes, I’ve tried matching TV and listening to music. However, its still part of my daily workout.

My true passion is strength training. I can spend hours at the gym with the weights and weight machines. I feel empowered after a good strength training day and after a day at the shooting range.
