It has been 7 years since I posted on this site. Ridiculous when I actually type it out but as a nurse I have put EVERYONE and EVERYTHING ahead of my own health and at this point just want to regain lost muscle strength, avoid a heart attack, and not get diabetes. I gave up for a long time. But today is my birthday and I am determined to get in shape before I turn 50.

Because of the peace of mind it gives me. It gets all the bad ju-ju out and lets in all the good. I feel stress free after I workout and full of energy. You cant get that from a pill or bottle. I also sleep better.
