My mom had lost over 30 LBS and transformed her body by following the Eat Clean diet by Tosca Reno. She kept telling me I needed to lift weights to get the physique I wanted. I feel so excited and alive when I work out, the feeling after the workout is also incredible, I love pushing myself and seeing how far I can progress. When I am in the gym all my worries are gone, I love it there.
