After seeing people talk about new years resolutions and after having set them myself without ever following through..... I decided the month before to simply start eating health, and I didnt wait... I started right away.
The first 3 weeks of eating healthier I lost 15lbs, I stated to feel so good that I was hiking regularly and I began to look at inexpensive gym memberships.
By the time I started my Body Space account I had only been a month in and lost 20lbs, I decided I was going to really dig my heels in further and commit to a change in lifestyle. I lifted weights in highschool always of course focused on lower body because of sports I played, but after seeing the physiques of alot of the women here on bb.com I became inspired.
*2013 - after making two years of incredible progress, in early 2013 I was diagnosed with Cancer. I have regained not only my strength and my health as I am now completely cancer free. With that I gained back 30lbs and about 5to6% body fat.
*2014 - This year I'm going to hit 18% body fat and I'm going to put on a **** ton of muscle....
