Started working out January 2009 after becoming very disgusted with the way I looked and the poor quality of my health.

Lost about 60 lbs. on my weightloss journey and now I love being fit and healthy. The great thing is that with fitness, there's always more room to improve and surpass what you ever imagined you could look/feel like.
