My husband of 25yrs. I have always started a diet then quit. He suggested body building and after overcoming a back injury that left me bedridden for two months I knew I had to get my weight healthy. After much shooting down of all the lies I believed of body building I agreed to do it with him.

It makes me set goals, start to feel good about myself and most importantly my lifelong partner is also my weight lifting supporter.
