Hi there all well I started the gym about 2 years ago at around 145lbs I was very under weight and unhappy so thought it was time to make some gains. I visited my local gym and the rest is history started banging out the weights low reps high weights on compound exercises and I have made all kinds of gains now my heaviest 179lbs. Goal is to reach 185lbs then will see what happens after would like to maybe do at least one show before I hit 30 just to say I did one

Love the feel you get from working out its great like Arnold said the pump is gooood also like how I have changed my body and the reaction I get from it it's a long process but worth it in the end I would recommend the iron to all
