In my junior year of college, I decided to try out running with some friends at the gym. I made a promise to myself that I would give it a shot for two weeks straight and if I hated it, I would stop.. Since then I've never looked back!
In the past couple of years I've started lifting weights and couldn't be happier with the positive changes I've seen in my body. Not only do I like the aesthetics of lifting, but I love feeling strong and working out with a purpose. Fitness has become one of the utmost priorities in my life.
Working out and eating right have given me more energy, a more positive attitude, and have made me a happier person overall! Live each day constantly striving to be the best version of YOU that you can be⦠Never stop improving! :-)
