I started working out when I was about 15. I began with yoga/pilates and fell in love with exercise. From there I joined the track team in my junior year of high school. I also got a gym membership at the age of 16, so I was going to the gym on and off for about 3 years. After that, I joined the Air Force and that's when my love for exercise really took off. I started out with an intense love for running. Further into my Air Force career, I began bodybuilding. The weight room became my favorite place, my escape from everything! I have been consistently hitting the weights for about three years now, and I plan to continue this lifestyle forever!
I love the feeling of working out! I have never worked out and thought "oh man, I regret working out". I have always struggled with my weight, along with self esteem issues because of that. Exercise cures all of that. If everyone knew that, it could seriously change their lives! The best feeling in the world is hitting the weight room with my headphones on, and getting lost in another world.
