My mom introduced me to weight training when I was 12. I stuck with it for a couple years but I didn't really understand how to push myself. It wasn't until I started lifting for football that I met the coach who would teach me how to train for real results.

The thought of being out of shape terrifies me. And I love being able to just go out and have fun doing something physical.
