I have always worked out in some type of fashion, typically to attain the best conditioning for sports in high school. After college, I became a Police Officer and began working out at a more strenuous level, so that I will be stronger than the "Bad guy" each time we meet.
Bodybuilding/Working out has been a part of my lifestyle since I began my career in Law Enforcement. It is my escape. I love the way it makes me feel and look. I enjoy the confidence that it brings whether I'm looking at my own achievements, or if I'm being complemented by my colleagues. I have had the privilege to become a Law Enforcement Fitness Specialist/Personal Trainer in which I received my credentials from the Cooper Institute in Dallas, TX. This has achievement has given me more valuable tools in which I apply to my old workouts to further challenge myself.
