Last year I was very impressed with 2 people that I love and who mean the world to me. My teenage son who is active in Soccer, Track and working out and my girlfriend who loves to work out, eat health and just is so happy to live life. Having theses 2 very important people in my life really motivated me to step up and enjoy the healthy way of living. Last year started out to be an amazing year then by midyear I had some personal problems to deal with. I was highly stressed and by the start of November decided it was time to put that negative energy into something that is positive. So I did! I bought a gym membership and the hardest part was going for the first time and by the end of November I was hitting the gym 3 times a week. Although I have been on this site before, I am new to Body Space, my girlfriend who is a member on here reminded me about it the other day. Since she and I are big supporters of each other and life is greatââ¬Â¦ Well, Iââ¬â¢m doing this now!!! Thank you and please feel free to friend or follow!
I feel extremely good after a workout, I do it for me. The way I want my body to look and be healthy but I also like to know that I am helping/motivating my friends/family/ people I love and hopefully someone out here in the Body Space Community. Overall it is a wonderful stress reliever. Not only can I work to gain muscle but while Iââ¬â¢m doing it I can relax my mind! I really am enjoying my time at the gym and working out at home!
