I started working out when I was younger just for fun and a way to release stress. This passion for health and fitness led me to a degree in health and wellness. Unfortunately I picked up some bad habits while in school but I'm looking for a way to put all that knowledge to action. Its time to stop being a spectator!

I love the structure that it brings to my life. I like the feeling of accomplishment that I get from it when I work out.
