Saw the scale hit 319 and decided it was time for a change. I'd always loved sports but I'd never hit the gym. I hired a personal trainer for a summer and haven't stopped going to the gym since, minus a few stints for sports injuries.

It keeps me feeling physically healthy and helps me push my limits.
