Back to the grindstone! I got lazy again. I'm up 20 lbs more than when I last used this website! ARGH!
What I'm doing now: A new good habit, to replace an old one, each week.
Week 1: No sodas, drink water (and plenty of it!)
Week 2: Walk 30 minutes every day (except for when I'm sick. x.x)
Week 3: Log food and exercise
Week 4: Begin weight training, 3 day split, focusing on lower body more.
Week 5: Balance eating times, amounts, kinds as much as possible.
It's such a great way to destress. You know, my problem wasn't working out itself... the problem came from not making time for it, not putting myself out there to get it done. Whenever I've walked or what have you, I've enjoyed it once I get going.
This is still true. One of the things I love/d about training was looking at what my muscles could handle like leveling up an RPG character. Loved that so much. I'm looking forward to the challenges ahead!
