Growing up I was always an activen kid/teen. I grew up in the country so I was outdoors alot and active in a lot of different sports. During the last couple years of highschool I slowly started doing less physicial activities once i started working. I began to see the changes to my body after being less active and eating whatever I wanted. I joined a gym during my college years and started eating healthier. It was always easy for me to get on track but once i got to where i wanted to be I wouldnt do anything to maintain it. I came accross this website and it has definitely helped me to stay 100% on track. This time i plan to maintain it so i never have to start over again
When I first started working out the thing i loved most about it was that it was my time to myself. After a long day at work, going to the gym, listening to music and getting into that zone was one of the best feelings. I could relax, not think about anything but the music. Lately ive found that its become about more than that. During my time on bodybuilding,com following a program and eating healthy ive noticed the positive changes in my life. I look forward to waking up and working towards my goals. I find that I have more energy and motivation in my every day activities. I look forward to seeing what the future holds !
