I'm just starting out on this program day will be Feb 12 to start reps and finding about information and club right now and as my neice introduced it to me to get motivated to get into it and stick with it ! I have always worked out with routines and have a weight bench and many scourses of weights the ball , step and other equipment .. my biggest dwonfall is nutrition and haven allergies to certain products so have to figure that out and setting a realistic budget for it .. anyways i need freinds and pushed to be what i want to be and healthy , fit sculped and possibly as a competer down the line ...

Body building gives you the strength and stamina and feel good feeling .. nothings says it more than with muscle and cut definition to a beautiful body and weoght training is the only way to build that muscle ..
