I was inspired by a friend who not only lost a lot of weight but transformed her body into a work of art. After 2 open heart surgeries, a stroke, several mini strokes (tia's), years of bad health after giving birth to my beautiful 5 children and a full blown heart attack in 2012, I knew It was life or death and I knew there was no doing things half way. Bodybuilding offers that intense challenge that never gets boring. As of today Feb 02, 2014 I am actually getting back where I left off in 2013 and am very excited about the future in my new beautiful 46 year body, transformation here I come.
