I used to go to the gym many years ago, but gave it up after marriage and kids. After my divorce I never got back into it. I lost 50 pounds two in a half years ago the unhealthy way. Then I started to run to maintain a small size but everyone kept telling me I was too thin. About a year in a half ago I decided to join the gym and have been hooked again ever since. Ive always loved working out and being active. Its even part of my job as a letter carrier getting paid to walk all day. Cant beat that..!
When I work out anything thats upsetting in my life seems to go away I feel amazing and full of so much energy. It helps me focus on eating right and trying to be a good role model for my son who loves to play football. Im always trying to encourage him to join me at the gym and even turned my garage into a mini gym for him to start out. Anything is better than nothing..!!
