I got started by wanting to make a healthy change in my life and by being unhappy with all of the partying and lack of energy that I had. I decided to start by making a morning routine of hitting the gym 5-6 mornings a week at 5:30 am so that I could fit it in with my work schedule. I kept up with that until the end of April 2013. Now my workout times are all over the place because I started my own music business and have more free time to choose when I can go to the gym. I love the extra freedom!
The gym keeps me motivated and focussed on my work and my life! Also when I started back in November I was just doing it by myself and wasn't getting the correct results. In February of 2013 I started Kris Gethin's program and haven't looked back since. His program gave me the focus and the knowhow of working out and my enjoyment of the gym went through the roof!
