I started to hit the gym when I was a junior in high school and by the time I was a sophomore in college, I was up to 170 and much more confident with myself.

My favorite part about working out is that you are continually shaping your own masterpiece. You can tweak little things every workout to bring the most out of yourself. It doesn't get any better than when you look in the mirror and see new striations or vascularity. I love it.
