All through high school I was very active doing every type of dance I could squeeze into my schedule, cheerleading and for a small while sprinting. One I graduated and moved to college, I found myself inside most of the time in front of a computer. I go to school at Ringling College of Art and Design for Game Art and Design, so most (if not all) my time is spent modeling on the computer. Being a private art college we don't have any official teams, so I felt like there was nothing I could do to get healthy.
Then one day I finally decided I just needed to go to the gym. It was over Christmas break when I was joking with my dad (who works out pretty religiously, as well as my mom) how I was unable to lift a gallon of milk. This spun into a pretty lengthy conversation in which I decided I needed to do something now about my body rather than waiting until 'I was fat'.
Thus began countless hours of research to find something right for me. Finally I settled on some workout plans from this site and some different eating habits. I ordered some new workout stuff to get me motivated, and well here I am!
