I've been an athlete my entire life. I played Division I lacrosse, competed as a beach sprinter, ran 2 marathons including the Boston Marathon, and love training. I started competing in 2009. I became an IFBB Bikini Pro in 2010, and qualified for and competed in the 2011 Bikini Olympia. These days I'm just enjoying life, training hard, and living fit and happy! I help others do the same!

I write for various health and fitness publications, work as a fitness expert consultant for production companies in LA, and offer training and holistic fitness coaching to transform people's bodies by first changing their mindset.

I love the social aspect of the sport, learning from others, and inspiring others to embrace a healthy lifestyle and enhance their lives.
