I was a depressed college student living a toxic lifestyle. I needed change! I had gotten to my highest weight, I was on anti depressants and I felt trapped. On valentines day in 2012 I purchased a personal training plan. I worked with him from that day until the end of April 2012. I learned to not fear the weight room and what HIIT cardio was all about. Needless to say I fell in love with working out and how it made me feel. With my trainer I dropped about 10 pounds. I slowly figured out what a clean eating diet it and have stuck to it since. I set a goal weight and in august I hit that goal. my goal was 135. Once I achieved that goal I slowly began to realize that weight is just a number and I wasn't going to let it define me as I had before. Yes I am 36 pound lighter to this day, but now I am what I call a skinny fat and I want to be toned!
