I first started working out in my senior year of high school during a weight lifting class back in 2003. I was consistent with training up until 2007. I have been so in and out since then I have listed this new start as my start date. Time to grind!

Working out helps so much in every aspect of life. Energy through the day, quality of life, and long term health just to name a few. The gym is always there and while every day life throws curve balls at you, the weights always weigh the same and the gym is always consistent!

1 Timothy 4:8 "Physical training is good, but training for godliness is much better, promising benefits in this life and in the life to come."

It is beneficial for my mind, body, soul, and spirit! I feel better all around when I am training.
