I use to exercise off and on but never kept to it. This past October I got sick with the flu and also had heartburn, keeping me from eating so I lost 6 pounds right off the back. This motivated me to keep going with losing weight so I wouldn't put any of it back on. As far as exercising, I was outside jogging back and forth with my sons and I thought it would be a nice idea to start jogging from this. I also had a "Huge" change in my life recently and I have my "firm" wave workout videos, my shake weight, and a few other goodies I purchased. I have arm muscles to start out with from my 2 month experience in boot camp. I am also doing the x-factor dvds, huge progression with this!!! It hurts, but worth it! I slowed down but, kept up with jogging and going to the gym every now and than with college . It's June 2013 and I just got it back into my head what I really would like to have so here I go again onto c-factor again :) and watching my food portions and such. . . .
I always wanted to have a nice body, especially abs and I feel now is the time to get what I really want and behealthy at the same time. When I work out, I feel like I am doing something really good for myself and it relieves some of the stress I have and instead of saying I want to do this, it's actually in progress! ;)
