I have been an athlete for most of my life, so I was always working out and weight lifting in order to better myself for my sport. Started playing hockey when I was 8 years old, and loved the sport from the get go. Playing hockey, as well as playing water polo, and racing motocross, have all kept me in great shape, that is when I am healthy and uninjured haha. I have now had seven surgeries over the past 8 years, and each time I have to train hard to get back into shape, and back into sports, and the competitive atmosphere.
Why I Love it
Bodybuilding and working out is a love/hate relationship for me. I love the feeling I get from working out, bettering myself, and being healthy, but since the sports and hobbies I participate in go hand in hand with serious risk of injury I have had to deal with major ups and downs in my fitness levels.
