I was over weight and depressed, I needed an outlet and escape. I needed to find myself after I stopped playing ice hockey due to knee injuries. Once I stepped on the scale and seen that dial hit 220 I realized it was time to make the change.
Fast forward - Recently I packed the weight back on, got back up to right around 198-200. I was engaged and set to be married June 4th 2016. Jan 1st I made the move changed my lifestyle. I did what most dream to do I transformed my body. Yes I was there once before but felt it was done for all the wrong reasons. Today I live healthy, eat right, and most importantly train hard. Diet is KEY! Training is secondary. Dont sell yourself short push on and keep trudging forward. Today I sit 06/09/16 Weight 147 BF% 8.5, if that isnt proof that it can be done check out the pictures of my changes. 6 months 51 lbs lost and 11% BF lost. DIET IS KEY!
