I wanted to get in shape for summer, so I could finally go to the beach and feel good about myself. But I got addicted to working out, I work out 5-7 days a week and Cant stop.

It makes me feel so good. I have more energy, I feel fit and strong. I actually have the energy to workout for 1.5 hours after a 10 hour work shift and still have energy leftover to hang out with my daughter and wifey.
