Well I think it started sometime in the year 2007, I don't remember exactly how I got into it but I do know I wanted to get bigger and stronger, after being pushed around by my BIG brother all the time I wanted to get tuff enough to put an end to that. That was my main goal. I really got into for a while, following a 3 day a week workout for a few months but started slacking off which I'm not going to let happen again. I started doing it again here and there but now I'm ready to start and become dedicated to this, for life!
I love to workout, I love staying (getting) in shape and having set goals that I can accomplish. It not only gives me something to do to feel proud of myself and feel like I've accomplished something but I know I'm making myself healthy and hofully becoming a role model for someone else to do the same thing. I think staying healthy is the most important thing in life and I'm going to be spending the rest of mine changing people's lives so they can feel better about themselves.
