I started working out when I was in high school. My dad had a gym in the garage (A real gym with equipment he had built himself) and he always worked out so I just thought it was what people do. My older brother started working out regularly and I followed suit. I had a couple years and a good foundation under my belt before I set foot in my first public gym. I never looked back.

I love working out most because of the feeling of accomplishment I get. Its my job and my passion and I can't imagine life without it.
