I was always an athlete as long as I remember, but I never enjoyed working out. I excelled in sports purely on natural ability. I didn't start working out consistently until I turned 30 and gained 30 lbs lol

I love the way I feel after a good workout. It makes me feel alive. I am now chasing a transformation to be have a lean and athletic build. I'm focused!!
