When I was a college athlete and in the military, working out was part of my daily life. Once I separated from the Air Force, had kids and began grad school, working out became non-existent in my weekly routine. I have started working out again with one goal in mind, live a fit life so I can the most of life with my wife and kids.
I am currently teaching, working on another master's degree, and keeping up with my kids busy sports schedule. I have to be creative, flexible and consistent in maintaining a workout routine. That is why I am a part of Bodybuilding.com. To gain as much knowledge and experince from others as possible!
I love working out. It is a challenge to myself that at some point moves beyond the physical and becomes a spiritual. The physical has to be linked to the spiritual because we all have to dig deep within ourselves if we are to make it more than a few weeks into the journey. I have already learned that it takes deep conviction to know why we are working if we are going to keep working with any integrity.
