I'm a Mum of two. I've never been overweight but never eaten healthily either! Always been relatively active, loved running until I got a pelvic stress fracture from doing too much. Needed something new to get my teeth into and challenged myself to transform my body in 6 months with a combination of cardio, weight training and eating 100% clean.

I love being totally dedicated to achieve goals. Bodybuilding is a new challenge for me and I love it!
