Iv always been active! In cheerleading, soccer, track in highschool. After highschool I would still cheerlead a bit but was not 1/2 as active as I used to be. I would go to the gym a few times a week but it wasnt until 2010 when I met my boyfriend who is big into bodybuilding. I started doing research and seeing the amazing bodies of Amanda Adams / Jamie Eason and I was hooked. I was like "I WANT THAT" So here I am started about a month and a 1/2 ago really eating clean and hittin the weights. My quest has begun!!!
Since I wrote that a few years back I have stayed dedicated to my progress and to my competing. Its not easy z nd it takes time to see drastic changes. With dedication I met my goal of becoming a WBFF fitness pro. I will be updating this more frequently now as I get ready to work hard for worlds :)
For me it relieves a lot of daily stress. I love the way I feel after a good workout and when I see changes and my body responding it just pushes me even harder because I love it that much! I would love to motivate individuals to start a healthy lifestyle for themselves because I just started and it feels GREAT!
3 years later 10/25/14 I still feel just as much passion for working out as when I first started. It truly motivates me to see so many individuals leading a healthier lifestyle. I have earned my WBFF pro status as of November 2013. I am certified to train clients and still hope to be a positive example for many.
