I have always been active. I was a 3 sport athlete in hs and a scholarship athlete in college playing volleyball. I got married and had 3 kids and my fitness went by the wayside. I have been hopping on and off the fitness train since my youngest was born 7 years ago. I'm back on and want to stay on permanently!! I've been really inspired by the dedication and results of others and its really helping me to stick with it!
I love working out and eating healthy because I want to be the best person I can be. I feel that I am already a good role model for my girls but there's always room for improvement!! My husband is a fireman so he is very physically active both in his job and working out. He also plays hockey. Mama needs to be active too! lol As a family we are active together and I hope to get my girls in the habit of making healthy eating and exercise a regular part of their lives!
