At first I started because of a break up that sent me into a depressed state and I thought maybe if I packed on some size/ improved aesthetics we could work things out or something along tho's lines.. Anyways it didn't work I barely stayed on a routine.. I eventually got over the girl and then I found myself wanting to go just for myself.. I wanted to become stronger, healthier and generally just more fit.
