Weightlifting for me in the past was just a necessity to grow into my frame at an early age. Strength training came during the Military so I had all the basic understanding of importance of Power Training. This time was simply trying to figure out how to lose all this bodyfat that would never come off from dieting and standard weight lifting. Seeing all these amazing Transformations on BB.com, I decided to start all over learning about proper diet and track all my exercises and take progress photos. That simple. The other members make you stay accountable by checking in. Why go backwards from here? That would be embarrassing :)
At this point, I like to represent the older guys can be in incredible shape and motivated. No excuses. In a couple years, I plan to look like a Life Long Veteran at this activity. I want to get so far past the "I'm just starting out again" story. Its for Health, yes.... But be honest, we all want to look good on the Beach, right?
