My place of work had a free membership to a dinky, local gym. That was when Les Mills "Body Pump" came out. I loved lifting weights and seeing my muscles form. I was hooked!

It feels good. It makes me feel like I'm working, creating and doing something that takes all of me. I also feel like I'm improving my body and therefore my life. Despite my genes, I want the best body possible.
