It is all about continuing the journey of building lean muscle, training hard and eating balanced meals that match the training. 2016 has been a great year so far for my training goals, and I will continue as I would like to enter a Bikini Class competition in the USA in the near future.

I have great changes in my body since working out with weights instead of just steady state cardio constantly, and learning more and more about the intricate and scientific process of building lean muscle and IIFYM - so amazing.
