I got started basically when I was 10 years old. My uncle was a professional body builder/ martial arts instructor and we always used to work out with him as kids. I grew up being active in sports and in martial arts, now that I'm older I've noticed I've let things slip and kinda want to get back in shape. Ultimate goal is to become a fitness model or a diva on WWE.
I love love love working out. I'm kinda one of those girls who, once I get back into the gym I basically live at the gym. Unfortunately my job lately has not been so flexible, but I still try to get into the gym whenever I can, recently I have come up with workouts I can do from the comfort of my home. I love working out for lots of reasons, but mainly it's a huge stress reliever. There has been tons of stress in my life, and I'm just one of the people who stress over the little things, so getting active and working out lets me relieve some of that stress. I also like it because it's a huge motivator for whatever goals I have, it kinda reminds me that I can achieve anything if I set my mind to it. It's also really relaxing..I know weird. But after a good workout I feel so much better, and relaxed.
