My name is Jaydah Teaunna. I am 21 years old and have been into working out since I was 18. I actually lost close to 100 lbs when I was 19. My heaviest weight was 250 pounds back then, and I got down to a little under 160. I fell in love with fitness, health, wellness, and working out.. I seek to spread my passion for leading a balanced lifestyle with all women who may be suffering from depression or any hardship. Fitness allowed me to focus on bettering myself thus not focusing on the bad situation. I have learned so much not only about fitness but myself as well and have not been the same since.
After joining the military and fracturing my hip, I gained 20 lbs+ from being sedentary for 6 months while my injury healed. Now that I am out of service, I want to lose this extra body fat and transform my body! I am entering into the 2017 250K Challenge that BodyBuilding.com is hosting with the intention of
1. Losing 40pounds (GW: 140)
2. Developing Self Discipline and Consistency
3. Releasing Old Habits, Doubts, Fears and Strengthening/Creating New positive Ones
4. That will help me reach my goal of Transforming my Body in these short 12 weeks
5. & Winning of course!
I do want to use this transformation challenge as a way to prepare my body to compete in a NPC competition summer of 2017 as well. I would love it if you guys would follow me, friend me, comment, keep in contact, etc. I do love the support and want to support as many others as I can.
