My buddy got me into it back in 99' when he started working out to get in better shape for his wedding. He needed a training partner so I said I was up for it. I had never really lifted much but I had always been an athlete. Well after a couple of weeks training with him I was hooked and have been lifting to keep in shape ever since. Only here in the last year have I become real serious about my diet at training. I have always been healthy but I am aiming at taking it to a whole new level.
2012 is personally going to be a big year for me. In April I marry the love of my life and later this year I will compete in my 1st show this October.
I love the effects training has on my body and the way I feel. I have more energy and look better. Self improvement is what drives me. I am addicted to the pump and the way i look after I get done at the gym. Bigger, Stronger, Faster will always be my goals!
