Basically, I got out of shape and got sick of what I was seeing in the mirror. I started eating better and lost about 40 pounds. I then decided to start using the YMCA membership I had been paying for. I figured if I have the dedication to stick with good foods for a couple of months then it was time to up my game. I am still not 100% on what my goal is other than to be healthy but I would like to look in the mirror and like what I see.
I like the feeling I am left with all day after a work out. As I progress in this I find that I have more control over myself which in turn allows me more control over my surroundings. As we gain control of ourselves then we realize that our lives, the path we take trough life is truly controled by us and not by others. As I continue on this journey I find that I inspire others from time to time and that helps strengthens my desire to continue.
