Started at 13, but at that age with no one around me with knowledge I ended up slacking off and not knowing what to do. Jan '15 at 17 years old I decided to go all out and to extreme levels from day 1. I had a mate who helped me a little at the start and I have now influenced more than 3 people to bodybuild as well.

There is no con, bodybuilding makes me feel good, releases all emotions and once im working out, nothing else crosses my mind. I also love the aspect of how fitness and food comes together for bodybuilding as i love both of them.
