I started when I was 17 years old, without any knowledge of what he was doing. For my lifting weights was to train chest, back, biceps and triceps. The rest was not necessary. This lasted about 2 years until I started to get serious about bodybuilding. For my became a passion, to change my body with my own hands. However, once my training was in a good place, clean eating has been my biggest challenge. Simply put, I love to eat. I have trained for 16 years and my body is average, very average. The level of intensity of my workouts, the effort that I put un every workout and the strength that I have, my body isn't at the level it should be. So little by little, in the past few months, I have taken seriously my diet and I have seen changes that in previous years had not seen.
For me this is my life, or at least one large part of it. This makes us intense, disciplined, dedicated and strong of mind and heart. Things that are not seen in the mirror, are the main reasons why I do it.
