When I was a kid I did things like yoga, tumbling and lifting weights without realizing what it was doing to my body. Once I got older I rarely focused on it and managed to workout an hour every day. In high school I was 116lbs when I went to college I dropped to 105lbs and stayed that way until last year.
When I made the decision to change my life for my health it got me thinking a fitness career might be in order.
Do what you love.
I'm passionate about everything I do and I do a lot of things to keep myself occupied. Fitness has always been among my top distractions but I never truly appreciated what it was doing for my body until I faced injury or illness that brought me down and I had to build my way back up again. Bodybuilding is challenging for me and that's why I love it. Everyday I have to push myself to be something better, to live my life knowing I can handle anything that comes my way... makes the hardships in life physical or emotional easier to deal with.
"I am a force to be reckoned with" and it's time my body reflected my personality.
