Played sports and worked out on and off over the years but while being deployed in Iraq I decided to start working out again in my down time and it just became an addiction after that. It wasn't just something to do anymore. It became my lifestyle.

I love working out out because of the confidence it gives you and the incredible feeling I get during and after a hard workout and seeing your efforts make results. It's fascinating how you can control the way you look.
