Joined the military, cut off 20lbs through my physical training... Following suit, I also realized how much better I felt about myself and my figure. Being able to see definition and that the hard, physical work was paying off... I just had to keep going and pushing myself.
Bodybuilding allows you to transform your body, and sculpt yourself into what you set your vision to be. You are the artist of your own body, and no one else is painting your portrait but you. It's a great way to relieve stress, but of course, that's just so minor. Bodybuilding has opened my mind to not only becoming a healthier individual, but has also given me some leadership qualities that I can pass on to others. It's given me the confidence that I needed to step up and take the torch to lead others... A concept I not only apply in working out, but in my daily rituals of life.
