When I started, I was just looking to tack on a little muscle for freshmen football in High School. I was always the big/strong kid growing up and I wasn't going to lose that. I lifted a lot throughout high school and topped out at 6'1" 235 lbs, at 9% BF. Pretty much solid through those 4 years of my life I hit the gym 4-5 times a week, and during select months (especially during my senior year) I was lifting 11-12 times a week (2x a day taking sunday off). My top specs was a max bench press of 355 lbs. and a max squat of 525 lbs. Since that time, I went to college at the University of Michigan, joined a fraternity and proceeded to spend 3.5 years neglecting my body. At first it was fine. I ate a normal diet and a the end of my freshman year I weighed 185 lbs. and had a BF of 12%. After that, I essentially lose everything I had worked for. By the time I snapped out of it during my senior year of college I weighed 245 lbs with a BF uncalculable with calipers. I then launched into an extreme diet and exercise program, during which I lost 50 lbs in about 4 months. At the end of that I realized that I couldn't lift anything heavy anymore and proceeded to start strength training again. After 6 months of that, I now have my six-pack back (something I have had my whole life and only recently lost in college), and am ready to embark on my journey towards the physic I have always wanted. Current: 215 lbs 13% BF. Goal: 195 lbs. 8% BF Good luck and godspeed to all of you!
